  1 Hour CHANGE SESSION with Michael               €100

  4 Hour CHANGE NOW Programme with Michael   €370
Change NOW Programme - “An appointment with change”
Our Change NOW programme is recommended as a solution for many presenting problems, it is ideal for Sorting Phobias, Neutralizing Fears, Letting go of Stress, , Dissolving Panic, Updating Limiting Beliefs and/or Attitudes, Changing Unwanted  Habits and/or  Behaviours,

also ideal for Life Coaching, Peak Performance Coaching, Confidence Training, Exam Preparation etc

This Change NOW programme is also a prerequisite for sorting depression and anxiety issues.
This programme consists of a total consultancy time of 4 hours taken either as:


Preferably 2 x 2 hour change sessions        
                                              Or
An initial 2 hour change session followed by 2 X 1 hour sessions approximately scheduled a week or fortnight apart,
                                               Or
Initial 1 hour consultation followed by 2 x  90mins change sessions
If you are travelling from abroad or out side of Waterford or for home visits we sometimes recommend we work right through the 4 hours.

Please discuss these options with Michael. Should follow up sessions be required they will be charged out a reduced hourly rate of €80 per hour this rate is only available to clients who have participates in the Change Now programme, should additional appointments be needed it will be agreed with you at the end of the Change Now Programme..

 Stop Smoking for Good
This programme consists of a total consultancy time of 2 hours taken in one appointment.

Please note if you have had a history of depression, excessive anxiety, or if you are currently taking recreational drugs / have ever been alcohol dependant we would need to address these issues with you before you partake of a stopping smoking programme. Please declare this at the time of booking.

 Please note: We highly value our time so when you book your appointment you will be asked to secure the booking with a credit card or to post in a cheque. On securing your appointment if you then cancel your appointment or should you need to re-arrange your appointment we require 72 hours notice. There are no administration charge for rescheduling appointments with the correct notice otherwise your deposit will be forfitted. Michael will make you aware of these terms at the time of booking.

 Please note we do charge for clients who fail to attend their appointment or who fail to give the correct notice.

This programme consists of a total consultancy time of 10hours taken either as:


Preferably 5 x 2 hour change sessions or 2 x 2 hour changes sessions followed by 4 x 90 mins sessions        
                                      alternatively
An initial 2 hour change session followed by 8 X 1 hour sessions approximately scheduled a week or fortnight apart,
                                      alternatively
Initial 1 hour consultation followed by 2 x  90mins change sessions
